Dumplings
Preamble To be put in stewed meat.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Plain Flour Cornflour Cornflour
1/2 cup SR Flour Cornflour Cornflour
Pinch Salt Salt Salt
1 tablespoon Butter Butter Butter
|
MethodRub butter into flour. Mix with water into a stiff dough. Cut in pieces about size of a walnut, roll into balls and put on top of stew half an hour before meat is cooked.
