Ingredients
3 oz fresh, chopped Mint
Mint Mint
1 dessertspoon hot Water
Water Water
1/2 tablespoon Sugar
Sugar Sugar
3 tablespoon White Wine White Wine or Malt Vinegar
Chinese Wine Chinese Wine
Method
Wash and strip the leaves from the freshly gathered mint; chop the leaves finely. Put into a sauce boat with the hot water and sugar to taste, leave for at least 30 minutes. Mix in the white wine or vinegar and serve.
