Beef Brochettes, Marinade
Ingredients2 pints Peanut Oil 1 pint heavy Soy Sauce 10 cloves Garlic 3 inch piece of Ginger |
MethodMix all ingredients together and marinate cubes of beef for at least four hours or better still, overnight. Skewer, alternated with pieces of green capsicum and onion - grill. |
