Sweet-Sour Sauce



Ingredients

4 tablespoons Cornflour

Ginger Ginger

Method

Carefully blend cornflour and water. Add to this the vinegar, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, garlic and ginger. Heat, stirring all the time, until cornflour clears. Serve in a bowl.

Remarks
To be served with Prawn Cutlets.
