Cheese Balls



Ingredients

3 oz softened Butter

1/2 lb Roquefort

1 tablespoons finely chopped Onion

1 tablespoons finely chopped Celery

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 teaspoon Brandy

2 tablespoons chopped Parsley

Parsley Parsley

1/2 teaspoon Paprika

Paprika Paprika

Method

Cream butter and cheese.

Add onion, celery, black pepper, Worcestershire Sauce and brandy.

Add more butter if mixture is too firm.

Roll into small balls.

Mix parsley, paprika and breadcrumbs.

Press balls gently into mixture to coat well

Chill.
