4 oz melted Butter Butter Butter

MethodCut loaf in 1 inch slices, not quite through to bottom. Place a thin slice of cheese between each slice and pop little bits of anchovy fillet here and there. Place on a baking tray and sprinkle butter over it. Heat at 400 deg. until the cheese melts, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve at once.
