Method

Stone carefully some dessert prunes, pushing the stone out through one end. Flatten the other end of each prune, so that it will stand upright. Fill the prune with grated cheese, blended with whipped cream, mixed mustard, cayenne pepper and salt and push a devilled almond into the top of each. Serve in little paper cases.
