Cream Cheese Rarebit
Ingredients60 g (2 oz) Cream Cheese 1 Egg Yolk Salt And Pepper 1 teaspoon chopped Parsley 2 slices buttered Toast |
MethodMix together the cream cheese, egg yolk and the salt, pepper and parsley. Spread on the buttered toast and return to the hot grill for two or three minutes. Cut into fingers or triangles. |
