Smoky Devilled Almonds

Ingredients

8 oz blanched Almonds

Almond Meal Almond Meal

Oil

Oil Oil

McCormick's Hickory Smoked Salt

Salt Salt

Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne Pepper Cayenne Pepper

Method

In deep hot oil, gently fry blanched almonds until golden. Drain on absorbent paper and , while still warm, sprinkle liberally with McCormick's Hickory Smoked Salt and a dash of cayenne pepper. Allow to cool, then pack into an air tight jar.
