27-01-11 Score: 12/20 "CNR is a trendy little nook with polished concrete floors and a feature wall adorned with band gig posters. It has a pared-back feel and on a midweek lunch date, the clientele were mainly local business people there for a quick bite or takeaways. The staff were young, friendly and eager to please, taking extra time to ensure everybody was happy."
The Sunday Times Katie Robertson, 30-09-2010 "CNR has a prime location under the big-screen TV, with the green expanse of Northbridge Piazza stretching out in front. Its contemporary interior is wallpapered in gig posters, not unlike Leederville's Greens and Co. It looked a bit like an inner-city Melbourne cafe, with bright colours, industrial concrete floors, prices written on blackboards and funky furniture. ... The service was polite and friendly, with a waitress coming to check we were enjoying our meal. And the coffee was perfection"
