Sunday Times Gail Williams, 16-07-06 Score: 3.5 stars out of 5 "the selections of reworked Italian favourites whipped up by Warren Leet, the New Zealand chef, were a feast for sore eyes. There were two generous slices of an earthy little mushroom tart ($20), which featured sliced field, oyster and bimbi funghi on a yummo - quoting the Hornbag - shortcrust base with a lemon zesty cannelini bean puree. The veal medallions ($30) were in a class of their own, with two 125g chunks of tender, pink-centred meat seared and finished off in the oven."
