Mietta's Review
The cows have been cleared out of the turn of the century milking shed but the smells and feeling remains very much that of the country. The cafe is a simple room with plain furniture, bare tables and a very basic menu, mostly consisting of cheese products. You can try all the cheeses made by the dairy as well as antipasto plates, home made bread and desserts which are made by local cooks. There are wines to taste from vineyards nearby. There's a shed adjoining the cafe with some of the old equipment on show. A really interesting and appetising place to visit. A must on the Yarra Valley trail.
