Mietta's Review
A great little cafe much loved by the local arty set. Excellent bread based offerings, good coffee and an environment of fatigued brick walls, a communal table and low ottomans keep them coming back, often with their kids who have their own menu.

Other published opinions

The Age Cheap Eats 2007 "A haven for Windsor slackers and young families, 80 Spaces is a deep retreat filled with long tables, padded stools, a counter and not much else for kids (or students) to destroy."

The Age Cheap Eats 2006 this minimalist haven with stacks of glossy mags, textured wall panels and a communal table is certainly a notch above many of its Chapel Street counterparts. Food is simple but packed with good ingredients.

The Age Cheap Eats 2005 "THIS daytime hangout is one of the better additions to Chapel Street's hip Windsor end; it gets within a whisker of too-cool-for-school but communal benches and kids' Nutella and banana toast keep things chummy."

The Age Cheap Eats 2004,Somewhere really special,'Textural timber and exposed bricks give this sleek food and drink zone a super natural feel,a fine match for the super smart food.'

Age Take 5 Nina Rousseau/9/04 "All hail 80 spaces! Diligently pursuing the art of pides, this treasure is a firm fixture on the circuit of low-profile, artsy Windsorites. "

The Age, Epicure, 11/11/03, Nikki Fisher,'Plain-Jane pide takes on a new lease of life here...colorful and tasty' The Age, Epicure, 12/8/03, Matt Preston,'pides..best in town..the same is true of the wrap'
