Mietta's Review
This pub was anther of Lion Nathan's purchases of Melbourne pubs in 2000. But life goes on and later in the week and in warm weather, drinkers crowd out onto the street and into the courtyard out back. It has a mostly business clientele, over 30s. Plenty of live music, with a few violins resting up behind the bar. With basic pub decor and a dark interior it's a conservative atmosphere, that at times fires up to 'rowdy' particularly when the music starts pumping at weekends.
