Mietta's Review
This was another of Lion Nathan's purchases in 2000. There's a 60s contemporary flare in the large square shaped restaurant with drinking area adjoining. A good place for younger groups who appreciate interesting dining, but also like a bit of noise. However the front bar with the real noise is separated by a large glass partition allowing some peace in the rear dining area. A painted blackboard which has the daily specials chalked onto it, as well as a wine special board with a standard selection of wines. Staff are friendly, helpful and give quick service with the food presented in a stylish manner for a pub. Big party scene on Friday and (particularly) Saturday nights.
