Mietta's Review The Vietnamese local for Chapel St. Lots of families and students come here. Prices and comfort are bit more than Victoria St. More casual at lunch, the table cloths go on at night. Service is friendly and regulars enjoy bringing their own wine here for a very reasonably priced meal. Delivery and take away are the go here. There's a free home delivery service if you dwell between the river and Balclava Rd and between St Kilda and Orrong Rds. Also at 86 Victoria St. Richmond, 9429 8328
