The Age Clem Bastow, 23-5-2008 "Tuscan Bar's Italian-inspired fit-out is definitely lavish, it manages to avoid the more Franco Cozzo-esque trappings of the genre. Even the reproduction Botticelli paintings seem to make sense rather than feeling as though the Scary Movie dudes made "Italian restaurant/bar". ... They've wisely filled it with tables and chairs, and corner "booths", so that even on a quiet night (it is open all week) you don't feel as though you're having a drink in the middle of a football oval, which is a problem that faces many larger venues when at less-than-full capacity. An airy rooftop section provides further options for patrons."
