Mietta's Review
There used to be an Asian food court in the basement of Port Phillip Arcade, but that has closed down, and now the action has moved to ground level. Sushi Ten with its bare walls and cavernous feel spreads across two shop fronts. There is a huge open kitchen and a refrigerated servery filled with packages of sushi and sashimi in various combinations. A black board menu of Japanese soups and rice dishes supplements this offering. All cheap, served happily and quickly, with the sushi and sashimi being the best bet. The tables keep turning over from just before lunchtime to well after with local professionals, Asians and residents from the student accommodation on Flinders Street.
