Kew locals like the friendly atmosphere and good Vietnamese Chinese food at Mylin. It's a scrupulously clean, cared for cafe. White cloths and little pink paper napkins along with keen young service. The early evening opening hours really suit families with young children. They describe the owners as "caring and careful".
