Mietta's Review A converted house, one of Eltham's oldest buildings, quite airy and light, with off-street parking. The place feels spacious and copes with 80 or so diners. Mixed crowds of mothers and businessmen. Lively conversation, softened by carpeted floors, give a nice ambience as they take advantage of a damn good serve of pasta, pies, fish or curry with a soup or pate to start. The coffee is good and there's friendly, homey service, and lots of flowers. Smokers go out onto a balcony with a bit of greenery around. Comfy enough, but suitably chastened for their indiscretions.

Ginger Garlic Victoria Well worth the trip to Eltham if Indian is your bag. Small and intimate in winter, with a terrace when the weather permits. The food is eclectic.
