From retro chateaubriands and table-side Steak Diane and prawns flambe to more creative modern food, the menu has something for everyone from corporate suits to casino high rollers and romantic tete-a-tete couples. Very good wine list, effortlessly smooth service, a real sense of occasion and knock-out views.
