Mietta's Review
Nice undercover area adjoining and raised above The Parade footpath, lined with dark wood strips. Inside is a low-ceilinged narrow room with minimalist decor- banquets down both walls and dark bent-wood and metal chairs- it's all very cool. Smart addition to the street. Entrees $4.90-$18.90, Mains $9.90-$17.90. Also at 450 Brighton Rd, Brighton, phone 08 8377 2247.

Other published opinions

Adelaide Advertiser 2006 "Ph 8377 2247 Indian This is a fresh approach to Indian. There's no Indian kitsch or collectables in this curry house. It's sleek and vogue in design. Outside, a small deck overlooks the street and includes rustic wooden lounges."

Sunday Times 27/3/05 "Housed in the old Don's Table site on The Parade, it has a large tiled outdoor area flowing through to the deep interior dining area. A padded leather bench runs around one wall facing white laminate tables placed fairly close together, with wooden chairs on the other side; a few bench-type seats with large tables help fill the rest of the room. The colour scheme is soft grey with subtle down lighting and virtually nothing on the walls bar feature mirrors and an unusual metal grille running behind the leather bench, hiding track lighting and candles."

Adelaide Advertiser 25/8/04 Tony Love 13/20. "Super-sleek, modern makeover brings 21st century style to Indian curries with a lighter cooking approach yet still with full flavour. Accompaniments are good, service erratic and sometimes sloppy. Go for the vibe alone, the food may surprise as well."
