Mietta's Review In a picturesque Adelaide Hills town the old flour mill is home to this well maintained split-level restaurant with huge, original rough-hewn beams, forged cast iron wall brackets holding the candles on the stone walls and warm wooden refectory tables. Chef Trevor Maddocks changes the menus seasonally, bakes the damper and brioche which is served with local Woodside goats curd $9.90 and his rib eye fillet of beef on beetroot and potato rosti with Shiraz jus, works well with local wines.
