Industrial design Japanese. Sit at the counter and eat from the sushi train. The temaki ('hand rolled sushi') is a favourite. Although the decor is far from traditional, the quality of the Japanese tableware lifts the aesthetic of the Sumo out of the realm of another mundane cafe experience. There's a teppanyaki grill too
