Mietta's Review
Cos is far from the first restaurant on this site but it looks set to last longer than most. Restrained, classic dining and food is its thing and it does it well. Chef, Peter Burrows, gives them what they want - good steaks, fresh oysters and excellent ceasar salads. It's very comfortable. And, there's a charming sheltered courtyard to make the most of Adelaide's weather.
