Japanese hospitality at its best where the customer is treated as an honoured guest by John Hirata and his kimono clad staff. Excellent sushi and a wide variety of traditional dishes on the menu too, ranging from tempura, soba and udon noodles to nabe or hot pot dishes. And the popular Ishiyaki (stone grilled beef).
