Mietta's Review
Tomoko (and Summerhouse) are dead long live Chocolat. Glen Boyle's latest is a patisserie and cafe where you can consume indecent quantities of Jean Hulot's excellent patisserie (from $3.80) and, if that's not enough, settle in for Jason Siemsen's mod oz mains (around $15). Pleasant warm decor. Also at (coffee and cakes only) Shop K218; Garden City Shopping Centre Logan & Kessels Rd Upper Mt Gravatt, 3420 3022.

Courier-Mail Goodlife Restaurant Guide 05 "Well known restaurateur Glen Boyle (of Summerhouse fame, and the former Tomoko) created this cafe to dispense, as the name suggests, some calorie-laden cakes and pastries. He probably wasn't expecting in his first year of opening to be taking out the Restaurant & Catering award for the nation's best cafe."
