Unchallenged in the area, really the only 'proper' place in setting and style. Cared for and professionally run. The service tries a bit too hard with complexities and less on the fundamentals of plate carrying though the pleasant young serving staff try very hard to please. Old fashioned menu - eye fillet or red emperor. Quite reasonable wine list. Flinders Restaurant wins all the tourism awards and bookings are strongly advised.
