At 670 Cafe Bar the rice is boiled in milk flavoured with vanilla bean, thick cream and chopped almonds. It's then chilled and decorated with a fresh berry sauce - a Danish Christmas dish, but one which is going to stay on the menu here all year. All the other lovely desserts are also house-made, ranging in price from $5.50 for the so-called Ice Coupe Denmark (read: a standard concoction of ice cream, cream and chocolate sauce) to a pretty pink raspberry pannacotta drizzled with a white chocolate sauce ($10.90)"
