You might even get a congratulatory grin from other diners.Outside, where the tables are in the sun, it's a child-friendly space but even inside we found small children sitting on the floor playing quietly while their parents waited for their takeaway coffee, for which there is a busy trade. ... The C@f is one of the happiest coffee joints I've come across."

You have to know that it's there, and we were glad a local friend had told us about it. We found it perfect and ate there at least once a day on our recent weekend at Coolum, which is itself developing into a classy little beach retreat.
