Owner/proprietors Jack Zhu and Maiko Suzue based Cha Cha on the idea of a Japanese steakhouse. Its cash-only menu includes Miso Steak served with rice. Full of young Asian students. Simple honest food, tasty but with minimal trimmings. A good place to have a quick, cheap meal.
