A padded white leather door seals off the new, green world of Organic Char from the timber-rich Cha Cha Char. We enter a light, bright, white space that could easily belong to a cool LA hotel foyer. Large lime-green domed lights illuminate clusters of high-backed chairs, a smattering of white patio chairs and square white marble tables. It's all a little Mad Hatter's Tea Party. Decals of green grass add to the fantasy-garden illusion. It's early days but things are already looking and feeling highly polished here
