So when Jeremy van Balen revamped his popular coffee shop in Albert St recently, he took all these things into account, and came up with a cafe that meets these requirements and more. The atmosphere is almost clubby, with dark wooden tables and chairs and at least three different seating areas, but the feeling is light and airy.
