Mietta's Review
F & B outlets come and go at the Hilton but the Atrium endures for ever. This is the centre of the hotel's world. It has a daunting 83 metre ceiling and, with a constant flow traffic in all directions, can feel rather exposed. It provides an elaborate seafood buffet, an a la carte menu, a wine buffet and all day refreshments. A pianist tinkles at times, too. Mains average $25.

Brisbane News Dining Out Guide 2007 "There's reason for the name: an 85m-high atrium that towers above the restaurant"

Courier-Mail Goodlife Restaurant Guide 05 "While the seafood buffet, for which the Atrium's been best known, won't disappear completely, Wheate has his eye on beefing up the a la cafe offerings, and putting the restaurant on the contemporary dining radar."

Brisbane News Dining Out Guide 2004 "Now that the Hilton has had a long-overdue facelift, the Atrium noshery is reaping the benefits as well. It's a large buffet-style affair, which offers interesting choices of hot and cold dishes, with a strong seafood bent."
