Substation is the trendy new bar thrown up by the 2002 redevelopment of the Breakfast Creek Hotel. In its previous life it was an electricity substation now it's a groovy new bar which uses the industrial feeling of the old building. The 'juice' now comes in liquid form from cocktail glasses.
