The Punsand Bay and Safari Fishing Lodge is right on the tip of Cape York Peninsula, the daily catch from the bay is cooked up - usually grilled and served simply with a big salad and chips. They are now claiming the 'best seafood smorgasbord in North Queensland', every Saturday night.
