Mietta's Review
Great position on the river bank, downstream and protected from the bustle of Eagle Pier, is the Stamford Brasserie. It offers buffets as well as a la carte and is open long hours. The feeling is a bit hotel but the situation is fine for doing deal over lunch or putting away a full buffet breakfast.

Courier-Mail Goodlife Restaurant Guide 05 "It's always had a lovely outlook beside the river with seating spilling out into the beautifully landscaped terrace of the five-star Stamford Hotel. Now that the Brasserie's had a smart refit, it's on a more competitive footing for the patronage of the suits needing to nut out business deals and the ladies who lunch."
Brisbane News Dining Out Guide 2004 "A smart refurbishment has given this riverfront spot a much-needed shot in the arm. The menu is a la carte weekdays but switches to a well-stocked seafood buffet on weekends."
