I was hard-put to manage even half of mine. Not that there was anything wrong with it. The chunky pieces of chicken breast were just-cooked. The lettuce glowed with the green of a fresh Christmas tree adorned with vine-ripened tomatoes and the fried onions were soft and creamy white. The whole was sandwiched between thick-cut Turkish bread made from spelt flour, gently softened with a soft garlic aioli"
