An old school family owned Italian restaurant, the pizzas, pasta and meat dishes all sit well within their canon. Casa Nostra verges on iconic in the Alice Springs milieu - truly iconic is the to die for vanilla slice, which is worth ordering concurrently with your mains, demand often outstripping supply.
