One would hope that any restaurant within spitting distance of the Opera House will do what this one does - take note of the performance times, and remember that people can be somewhat hungry after four hours of Verdi! East Bank does well by this standard - and it hums quite late, and the service in this frantic pace is to be highly recommended. Stick to the basic stuff, salads or grills
