Claims to be the only vegan yumcha restaurant in the world to combine northern and southern Chinese vegetarian cooking styles. Recommended by the Vegetarian Society. Nice position in Cook and Phillip Park next to St Mary's cathederal.

Other published opinions

Sydney Eats 2008 "The tranquil garden setting is due to be rejuvenated with work slated for completion by early 2008. This vegetarian institution is famed for inventing delicious, wholesome vegan yum cha"

Sydney Eats 2006 "However odd the concept of Asian vegan cuisine may sound, you ain't seen nothing till you've seen the Peking 'duck' $18 - yes, a whole vegie bird - or crispy caramelised vegetarian pork belly $21.50. Like all the food at this sunny, modern but welcoming eatery, it's stylish and beautifully presented."

Sydney Eats 2005 "Though its sister restaurant in Haymarket has closed, Bodhi in The Park is here for the long haul. Situated on the edge of the park under the shadow of St Mary's Cathedral, the restaurant is pleasant and light-filled with funky, modern decor to match"

Virgin Airlines, Sydney Guide, April/May 2002, 'offers vegetarian yum cha and a great outdoor eating area.'
