Aussie cafes are the go in Goulburn and the Aussiest of them all, 'serving Goulburn and Australia since the 1940's' is the Paragon. All that's been added are mirrored walls and amber lights. The booths remain, the gravy is as thick as it ever was, but the service is impressive - very professional. You don't go here for gourmet food but for a trip back in time. And the many menu items are at prices time has indeed forgotten.
