Mietta's Review
A friendly, homely, place witha mixture of traditional seating on the floor and western tables and chairs. All tables have a barbecue. The clientele are Koreans and Aussies all keen to cook their own dinner either on the barbecue or soup style in a hot pot. Very attentive and helpful service from the two lady owners.

Other published opinions

Sydney Eats 2008 "If you haven't properly investigated this interesting cuisine, you could do worse than head to Campsie and this particular restaurant for your first Korean outing"

Sydney Eats 2006 "Se Jong is a name to conjure with: the king who invented the Korean alphabet and a tae kwondo movement and possibly half the diners here are all named Sejong. Many are here for the barbecue, a DIY feast you prepare at your own table"

SBS Eating Guide to Sydney 2005 "It's a little homestyle place run by two very charming ladies, and popular with Korean visitors to the Campsie area. We like sitting in the traditional Korean room, with low seating, or at tables in the main room, each with its own inset table-top barbecue griddle."

Sydney Eats 2005 "Se Jong regularly fills to bursting with Koreans and non-Koreans alike, all tucking in to a DIY barbecue feast. Every table has a grill, of course, but if that flummoxes you, staff are happy to get you started and encourage you along."
