Mietta's Review
A recent arrival in Cabramatta but already regarded as having some of the best pho around. A very plain 'laminex' room where the customers immersed in their pho are the decor. The speciality is southen Vietnamese cuisine. Try the thick noodle soups with large, round, glutinous rice noodles. Nothing over $7.50.

Other published opinions

Sydney Eats 2008 "When you stay in business in exactly the same place, doing exactly the same thing for three decades, you're obviously doing it very well"

Sydney Eats 2006 "Here it is again, the dish Vietnamese can eat any time of day, every day, and this is a good place to try it if the delights of pho are still unknown to you. ... Once you're slurping away with the best of them, you'll barely notice the well worn decor."

SBS Eating Guide to Sydney 2005 "The 'aeroplane' noodle shop (yes, tau bay means 'aeroplane') has long been a favourite landing place for pho lovers, particularly for the great chicken and now, we're told, the best beef pho around."

Sydney Eats 2005 "Pho is to Vietnamese as pasta is to Italians - they could eat it every day and never get bored. So here, when they say pho is pretty much all you can have, don't be disappointed. In fact, the Laminex tables, rickety chairs, mirror-tiled walls and lots of slurping patrons will soon transport you to a place where pho makes perfect sense."
