For such a glass cavern of a place (it could double as the Batcave at a pinch), it is surprisingly intimate. There is an interior area cleverly broken up by high-backed seating, a heater-dotted balcony with great views across town to the harbour bridge and, suspended over the dining area, a funky so-called mezzanine bar that only needs Blofeld in the corner stroking a white cat."
