Mietta's Review Recommended by off duty chefs for proper old school Italian pizza (right down to the garlic bread) here and at the Leichardt branch - Gelbison At Leichhardt 116 Marion St Leichhardt, 9568 6287. Try the Santa Lucia pizza or the potato model. Good relaxed family atmosphere.

Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2009 "There is nothing - repeat, nothing - fancy about Gelbison (named rather mysteriously for a holy mountain near Naples)"
SBS Eating Guide to Sydney 2005 "We're very fond of Gelbison for pizza with a good Italian taste, despite the lack of a woodfired oven. The Bondi branch is always packed, so expect to wait or takeaway and eat on the grass overlooking the beach."
